AI-Powered Outbound System

An AI-powered system, built around your sales process.

We bring account and contact selection, messaging, outreach, reply handling and the handoff to sales into one process. We design it around your offer and the way your team works, using AI and automation. We build and launch the system, then manage the activities agreed with your team.

We can work with your current team, data and tools, or fill in what's missing.

When it fits

When it makes sense to connect the whole process.

Activity spikes, then stops

Outreach picks up during a campaign and then goes quiet. New conversations depend on whether someone has time to identify prospects and reach out.

Tools, but no connected process

Your team has tools and data, but they don't work together as a connected process. Information gets lost between systems, and tasks are duplicated.

Plenty of outreach, few of the right conversations

Your team sends messages and reaches out, but few conversations develop with the right prospects. It's hard to tell which stage needs improvement.

The team needs a way of working

Your team is responsible for bringing in new clients but lacks a connected process, the right tools or a clear division of responsibilities.

A system means connecting the whole process. If you need a specific piece of work in a defined timeframe, a campaign, a prospect list, or an improvement to one stage, the scope can be smaller. We'll work out together which makes sense in your situation.

How it works together

One process. Connected steps and information.

Each stage builds on the data and decisions from the previous one. Insights from replies and sales conversations help identify what works and what needs to change.

01

Account and contact selection

The markets, company types and roles we focus on, and the criteria for choosing who to reach.

02

Messaging and outreach

Why and when to reach out, what to say, and how outreach runs across the selected channels.

03

Reply handling

Rules for responding, following up later or ending outreach, based on the reply and its context.

04

Handoff to sales

Agreed criteria for handing interested contacts to your sales team, with the context needed to continue the conversation.

Feedback from replies and sales conversations

Insights from replies and sales conversations help refine who we contact, what we say and how the process works.

We define which actions run automatically and where approval is required when designing the system.

n8n connects the tools and coordinates the workflow

What it runs on

We use n8n to connect data sources, outreach tools, your CRM and AI models into one workflow. We use existing integrations or APIs, after checking what each connection allows. We match models to tasks, analyzing information, preparing messaging, organizing replies, based on output quality, cost and data requirements.

The logic behind the workflow

What makes a system valuable is the logic between the tools: the conditions that decide the next step, how information from different sources relates, and how the process responds to what comes back from the market. We also define what happens when data is missing, something fails, or a result is unclear. We design that logic around your sales process, rather than forcing your process to fit a tool.

Our design approach is consistent. The architecture is tailored to your business.

Scope of work

What we design, what we run, what your team takes over.

We design and launch the system. We agree upfront which activities MSGA will continue to manage and which will remain with, or be handed over to, your team.

Design and launch

Diagnosis and scope
We assess where the main constraint lies: the market, account and contact selection, timing, messaging or qualification. This helps determine what to use, what to improve and what doesn't need to be built. We work from available data, campaign history and your team's experience, rather than assumptions about how the process should work.
Process design
We set the criteria for choosing companies and people, the reasons for contact, the rules for handling replies, and the criteria for the handoff to sales. This is also where we define which actions run automatically and where approval is required.
Build and launch
We configure the tools and data connections, build workflows in n8n and test the connected process against real-world scenarios.

Running and improving

Running the process
We run the agreed activities, handle replies, and keep the process moving.
Reviewing results and adjusting
We review what replies and later sales conversations show, and propose changes to who we contact, what we say, or how the rules work. Changes are made once agreed - the process doesn't reconfigure itself.

Handing over agreed tasks

We agree which tasks your team takes over, what it needs in order to run them, and when that happens. We hand over documentation and prepare the team within the agreed scope.

A campaign focuses on outreach toward an agreed objective. A system build also establishes the connected workflows, tools and operating rules needed to support ongoing activity.

What stays with you

What stays in your company.

Before we start, we agree on what will be handed over, the access your team will have and the preparation it will need.

The operating logicDocumented criteria for selecting markets, companies and contacts, and identifying reasons to reach out.
Process rulesRules for outreach, reply handling, qualification and the handoff to sales.
DocumentationHow the system works, why key rules were chosen and how to handle exceptions.
Workflow configurationWorking workflows and configurations, with agreed access and management permissions.
Data and work historyCollected data and activity history within the agreed scope and environment. Access to external data sources remains subject to the providers' terms.
Team preparationPreparation for the tasks your team will take over, with agreed readiness criteria.

Agreed separately

We also agree on ongoing management, tool licenses and costs, account ownership, maintenance and support. Building the system does not automatically include all of these.

Working together

Your market knowledge. Our expertise in building the process.

Your team brings

  • Product and market knowledge your offer, what you've sold so far, and what you learned from earlier activity.
  • Business decisions the calls that follow from the diagnosis: what we focus on, and what we don't do.
  • Access to tools and data, within the agreed scope.
  • Input from sales what happens to the contacts we hand over, and what the later conversations show.
  • Participation in the handover if your team is taking over part of the work.
  • Sales conversations and closing proposals, negotiations and closing deals.

MSGA handles

  • Diagnosis and design establishing the constraint, the scope of the build, and the rules of the process.
  • Build and launch configuring tools, data and workflows, and checking that it works.
  • Running and adjusting within the agreed scope, together with reviewing results.
  • Documentation and handover describing the rules and preparing your team for the agreed tasks.

We pass interested contacts to your team when they meet the agreed criteria, together with the relevant context and next step. A reply alone does not establish interest. Your team handles negotiation and closing.
