Reconnect with contacts who may still be relevant to your business.
Do you have past contacts, conversations on hold or lost sales opportunities? We review their history and agree with you who to reconnect with and why. We then carry out the agreed outreach. When a contact expresses interest and meets the agreed criteria, we pass their details to your team with the context needed to continue the conversation.
When reactivation makes sense.
Contacts you haven't followed up with
Your CRM holds contacts from months or years back. It's not clear which of them are still current, or which are worth returning to first.
No time to follow up
Your team is focused on active opportunities. Following up with contacts set aside for later keeps slipping down the priority list.
Conversations put on hold
There were specific agreements: "come back in Q3", "get in touch after the rollout". The agreed time arrives, but following up gets lost among day-to-day tasks.
A change in your offer or their situation
Your offer has changed, or the situation of an earlier contact has. You want to check whether there is now a new reason to talk.
Different histories. Different reasons to reconnect.
A contact's history helps us assess whether there is a reason to reconnect and how to approach the conversation.
Inactive contact
- The situation
- A conversation or an exchange of messages stopped without a resolution.
- What we check
- Where the conversation left off, what was agreed, and what the recorded history is missing.
- When contact makes sense
- When the topic may still be relevant to the contact and there is a basis for picking up the conversation.
Conversation on hold
- The situation
- A date or a condition for coming back was agreed.
- What we check
- Which date or condition was agreed, and whether it has been met.
- When contact makes sense
- When the agreed date arrives, or the condition for coming back is met.
Lost opportunity
- The situation
- The sales process ended with a decision not to proceed, or with another supplier being chosen.
- What we check
- The recorded reason for the loss; where context is missing, we fill it in with your team.
- When contact makes sense
- When the original reason for the loss may no longer apply - a contract has ended, the scope has changed, or the people on their side have changed.
Excluding a contact from this outreach does not mean deleting the record from your CRM. Missing data doesn't rule a contact out automatically either - in that case we establish what is missing and whether it can be filled in.
A reason to reconnect, not just a reminder that you're here.
We don't send one message to the whole CRM.
What you get
A review of contacts and a record of the activity
A record of the contacts reviewed, the assessment and the actions taken.
Interested contacts with context
If contacts express interest and meet the agreed criteria, you receive their details and the context needed to continue the conversation.
Agreed follow-up actions
Agreed follow-up dates and a record of contacts excluded from this outreach.
How the work is documented and how results are handed over is agreed before we start. Changes to your CRM configuration are agreed separately.
